Finding beauty in wildly unexpected places

I’m Stacey, a qualified wellness coach, fitness instructor and educator turned wild guide and copywriter.

When I’m not guiding or writing, you’ll find me chasing a sunrise, drinking a dirty-chai, scribbling in my journal or taking a walk to soak up all the wonder and beauty of nature.

But enough with the highlight reel because...

I know what it is to walk a wilderness season.

Found in the depths of the wild.

It was the bleakest, deepest, darkest, dark nights of the soul kind of wilderness season.

The kind where you think you’ll never laugh again, and even to just breathe feels like more pain than you can endure.

And then…emerge.

Altered. Refined. Forever changed. Rewilded.

Unable to go back to the woman I had been, and no longer wanting to. She’d walked through far too much to do that.

Unfurling to become who we are today.

The Rewildery is where 20 years of passion, skills and lived experience converge.
